Rose Anderson

Rose joined the Club after she started playing at Towerbank primary and later Portobello High School. She played for our U16s, U18s and Senior Women, winning numerous National League titles and Scottish Cups.

In 2006, she moved to Oklahoma on a basketball scholarship attending Northern Oklahoma College, before going moving onto the University of Central Oklahoma in 2008.

Rose made history in 2012 when she became the first ever Scot to play in an Olympic basketball tournament at the London games. Rose has represented Scotland at all age levels and also captained the Great Britain U20 team in 2008.
